2014年に米国ワシントン州シアトルで設立された弊社は、異国の地において日本の居酒屋文化を広めるとともに、働く従業員とその家族の幸せを実現し、またその地域にしっかりと根付き、愛され、必要とされるお店作りをすることをミッションとしてきました。

お客様を喜ばせる事、楽しませる事、驚かせる事、感動させる事を従業員一人ひとりが考え行動し、心に残る最高の時間を提供できるチーム作りを目指しています。

日本人として生まれた事に感謝をし、まだまだ知られていない沢山の日本の魅力を伝え、私たちの作り上げるものがその地域の顔、財産になるように、たくさんの『ありがとう』をいただくために、これからも日々仲間達と走り続けます。

Founded in 2014 in Seattle, Washington, our mission is to share the rich culture of Japanese izakaya in a foreign land while creating establishments deeply rooted in and cherished by the local community. We are dedicated to the happiness and well-being of our employees and their families, building spaces that are loved and needed by the neighborhoods we serve.
